Inspired by reactions to her mum’s (Kiran’s) Indian cooking classes in Oxford, Anu and her sister Meena created Holy Cow! Food Co, to bring simple home style cooking to the masses. Their food is created by slow cooking to create layers of flavour free from starches, preservatives, additives and sugar. By replicating this slow-cooking method in a factory, Holy Cow! brings greater depths of flavour than other curry kits, and enables customers to create curry at home in minutes! Fuelled by a greater need to be a meaningful brand, Holy Cow! products are plastic neutral and have sponsored over 500,000 mid-day school meals in India.
