On Harriets family farm, perfectly good fruit that didn't meet the standards for shop shelves was sadly going to waste, and she grew increasingly frustrated by it. Determined to find a solution, Harriet teamed up with her mum Sally, dad Dickie, and family friends Charlie and Kate. Together, they decided to turn the surplus fruit into gin, and Penrhos Spirits was born offering fruit gins in innovative bottles made from 100% recycled aluminium.
