Rosh started a street food business serving Sri Lankan curries using her mum’s much loved recipes. Customers kept asking how they could recreate those flavours at home, which made her realise there was something special in the spice blends. Rosh started Hop & Roll and what began with a few tins and a family recipe has grown into an award winning range, now stocked by Ocado, where Rosh continues to share the flavours she grew up with.
