Determined to create something smoother and more indulgent than traditional seaside fudge, Catherine developed a creamy, chocolate-based recipe without the gritty texture. Every Christmas she gifted her fudge creations to friends and family who insisted that it deserved a wider audience. With this encouragement, Catherine took the leap and Lovett Fudge was born. Living with Coeliac Disease herself, Catherine also wanted to ensure that her fudge is crafted to cater for dietary needs without compromising on flavour: because everyone deserves a truly delicious sweet treat.
