Luna Daily was born out of my life long frustrations with body care products available. An intensive course of antibiotics as a teenager totally screwed my gut and skin microbiome and from that moment onwards I wasn’t able to use traditional body products to care for my now sensitive skin, especially intimate areas, but I really resented having to use the ‘feminine hygiene’ products available, with all the “what’s wrong with her?!” associations.

It got me thinking…Why are we so ashamed to talk about parts of our bodies that are so important to us? Why should we even need separate products to the rest of our bodies? And how many other women are hiding products in their cupboards because they feel this way?

It turns out, too many.

My mission is clear - for us to live in a World where vulvas, perineums & nipples feel as normal as shoulders, knees & toes. For women feel less like 19 year old Katy did and more like I do today - free of shame & stigma for all body parts.
