Erica set up Molly Brown London in 2006, after trying to find a simple but sophisticated piece of jewellery for her daughter. She couldn't find anything that she thought her daughter would want to wear much beyond childhood, so decided to set up a children's jewellery brand herself. Erica designed the brand packaging and then set about creating a collection of adjustable children's jewellery that could be loved and worn forever.
