A few years ago, Georgie worked herself into burnout and experienced severe anxiety for the first time. Cutting caffeine helped, but she knew she needed a better way to support her body without pushing it harder. Her search led to functional mushrooms, sparked by the documentary Fantastic Fungi. Georgie was fascinated by their potential, but frustrated by an overcomplicated market filled with caffeine, flavourings, sweeteners and fillers. So she dug deeper, completing a mycology diploma and speaking with industry experts. What started as a personal search for something better became MOTHERFUNGI®.
