Laura started Oatco after realising that, as a busy mum of two and entrepreneur, she was constantly searching for something quick, tasty and genuinely satisfying to keep her going. Oats had fuelled people for centuries and were already part of her daily routine, but she felt the category hadn't kept up with modern life. Most convenient snacks seemed to be either protein focused or traditional confectionery. She wanted something different: great tasting, convenient products built around the natural energy of oats.
