Evgenia was a London City banker who took her training seriously; trail running, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. But keeping fit, by her standards, meant juggling four or five expensive boutique studio memberships. It was fragmented, exhausting and expensive. In 2016, she launched ONE LDN to bridge that gap, but most importantly to actualise her mission of democratising elite-level training. ONE LDN is a high-performance space with proper kit, elite facilities and world-class coaches, all under one roof and at an accessible price point.
