By the time Rachel turned 30, she had faced several health challenges, including a rare type of ovarian cancer, a full hysterectomy, and menopause. Long before the age of reels and TikTok, she began blogging and recording videos about her recovery journey, and the supplement brands she featured we're driving 20,000 clicks a month. Recognising this potential, Rachel decided to launch her own range of supplements designed to be both female and planet-friendly and Our Remedy was born.
