Pepperfit began in 2009 with Catherine and Germaine as a professional sports massage product range, coming from Catherine's need for naturally active massage therapy products. When they retired, Fiona took over. A keen endurance challenger and mother of four, she knows that tired muscles don’t always come from the gym. After years working in aromatherapy, she has spent the past year developing Pepperfit’s next chapter, keeping its sports massage roots while creating products for everyday movement, recovery and those precious moments of rest.
