Kara, a frazzled New Yorker with a recurring case of strep throat was recommended a plant-based diet full of cold pressed juices by her nutritionalist which proved to be game changer for her health. When she moved to the UK she couldn't find any of cold pressed juices she was having in New York. So while on maternity leave, she bought herself a juicer and started making juices. She took some of her juices to her ante-natal yoga class and the other mums loved it. The rest is history.
