Once upon a coffee-shop catch-up, two friends and soon-to-be co-founders got talking. One was a chef-nutritionist, the other, a biologist-turned-brand expert working with some of the world’s biggest food names. Our worlds of food, science, and creative chaos collided, and BOOM, PUNCH was born. PUNCH was created to help people add flavour, fibre and nutrition to food in seconds. To rescue people from basic food and make healthy eating fun again without the wellness overwhelm. Because somewhere along the way, “healthy eating” became complicated. A maze of rules and recommendations, fistfuls of supplements, and a whole line up of powders and potions that left us feeling overwhelmed and craving some actual good food.
