Women’s strength coach Vicki wanted to give women a space where their bodies, experiences and stories are understood, respected and celebrated (not dismissed). Rooted in pelvic health and evidence-based coaching, she began Real Strong Women (RSW) to help women reconnect with their strength through movement, education and support across pregnancy, postpartum, peri/menopause and beyond. Alongside coaching, RSW creates small-batch merchandise that reflects the ethos of the brand, pieces that celebrate women showing up as they are, and the real stories behind their strength. That same approach now extends into Real Strong Girls, supporting the next generation to grow up with a different understanding of strength. At its heart, RSW exists to remind women that strength looks different on everyone and every version counts.
