Rachel grew up watching oversized Jersey Royal potatoes go to waste every year. Born and raised in Jersey in a farming family, this never sat right with her and she was determined to change it. With a passion for fine food and drink, it was no surprise when she and her partner Peter jumped headfirst into the idea of turning these beautiful rejects into liquid gold.
