Pam and James first had the idea for Sauce Shop while cooking homemade sauces in their Nottingham home kitchen and noticing customers constantly asking to buy bottles to take home. They launched the brand to create flavour-packed condiments using natural ingredients and small-batch recipes. Sauce Shop has since become known for bold flavours, chef-led quality and innovative sauces that elevate everyday meals while maintaining a strong focus on authenticity, creativity and independent food culture.
