Sitting in a beer garden surrounded by dogs, Jess and Nick asked a simple question: why doesn’t this pub sell dog chews? Despite dog owners increasingly bringing their four-legged family members on days out, hospitality venues rarely cater for them. This results in a disappointing experience for customers and a missed revenue opportunity for businesses. That realisation kick-started The Canine Menu, a no-brainer addition to the snack menu for dog-friendly pubs, cafés, restaurants and hotels.
