Suzie and Iain Millar founded The Scottish Bee Company after learning about the decline in bee populations and recognising the need for a more sustainable, reciprocal relationship between food and the land. What began with pure honey soon expanded into a diverse range of unprocessed, high-quality foods, including dressings, hot honey, and vinegars. Their products celebrate the essence of a true Scottish larder, embracing slow food principles and regenerative farming. Through their work, they also support their charity, RePollinate, which protects pollinators and promotes better food choices for a healthier planet.
