Ciara created Softie Baby after having a baby with sensitive, easily irritated skin and not being able to find products she trusted. A lot had fragrance, phenoxyethanol, or other ingredients she didn't want to use on a newborn. After maternity leave, and a decade working in beauty and consumer goods, she left her career to build a clean, gentle skincare brand formulated specifically for babies' developing skin.
