Crystal thought up Sprinkle Seeds after discovering how much growing her own food helped her switch off from the pressures of the corporate world. Time spent outside, hands in the soil, became a simple way to protect her mental wellbeing. After leaning into her love of growing, she realised she wanted to help others experience that same feeling. So she created Sprinkle Seeds to make gardening feel less overwhelming and more joyful, one seed packet at a time.
