After recognising the barriers people with criminal convictions face when rebuilding their lives, Amy created a brewery and hospitality business centred around second chances and rehabilitation. The social enterprise combines craft beer production with employment, training and community support for prison leavers. Based in Oxford, Tap Social uses hospitality as a platform for social impact, helping reduce reoffending while creating inclusive spaces built around conversation, creativity and meaningful opportunity.
