Maggie visited Molly, an older lady in here 70's, about 40 years ago to share lunch. Molly was preparing a British roast meal and took the chicken straight out of the pack into the oven. Young Maggie had never experienced this before as her African upbringing meant everything, especially meats, were seasoned before cooking. This experience led Maggie to develop her Spice up Chicken spice, soon followed by many more blends, to help bring an African twist to people's everyday dishes.
