Lauren started The Allergy Project after experiencing how stressful everyday moments can feel when you’re trying to keep a child with allergies safe. Travel, school, parties, restaurants, even someone offering a snack, all suddenly needed extra explanation. She wanted to create simple, practical products that helped families feel more understood and less anxious. What began as one idea for allergy cards has grown into a brand built around calm, confidence and real-life allergy parenting.
