Whilst working in Sierra Leone during the military coup, Rachel witnessed the extreme poverty that drove her vision for a Fairtrade business. She first started a jewellery company, but her struggle to find recycled, environmentally friendly packaging sparked the idea for Tiny Box Company, which supplies people and businesses with attractive, ethical packaging.
