After using cold water swimming and traditional sauna to support her mental health after the loss of her Dad, Laura knew she needed to give others the chance to benefit from this incredible healing tool too. And in October 2024, Wild Sauna Club was born. The club is certain the magical mix of hot, cold, nature and social connection and is the answer to every problem.
