Laura’s idea for Arella began with her own health journey. After being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in her 30s, she started exploring nutrition and plant-based living as a way to feel more like herself again. Later, after an unexpected early menopause, she realised how few clean, effective supplements truly spoke to women at different life stages. Arella grew from that very personal search for support.
