Andrea started Bossa Nova Chocolate seven years ago, inspired by childhood memories of making Brazilian-style chocolate truffles, known as brigadeiros. After noticing a gap in the market for truly special chocolate gifts that were suitable for a gluten-free diet, she set out to create something of her own.
