In Spring 2009, Claire started Breckland Orchard, inspired by the fresh lemonade her granny Jessie made her as a child. Today, the range has grown to 15 flavours, including Ginger Beer with Chilli and Plum & Cherry – plus five sugar-free options. The drinks are known as Posh Pop and Claire is often called the Posh Pop Lady!
