Camilla and Mimi, both had a deeply rooted love for plant-based cooking using Ayurvedic wisdom. Trained by leading naturopaths and having cooked for Tibetan Rinpoches, Lamas and Indian saints where they created organic, vegan dishes designed to nourish body and spirit, they decided to share it with more peopl. After taking their food to London’s farmers’ markets just before Covid, a loyal following quickly grew. OSHOMO was born and, today, is best known for its comforting, energising and deeply nourishing dishes.
