Growing up, food for Claire was always about quantity over quality. However, as her dance and Pilates career flourished, she became more mindful of her diet, seeking nutritious, energy-boosting snacks. After having children, Claire began spending more time in the kitchen, experimenting with simple, wholesome ingredients. Inspired by the minimalist principles of L’art de la Simplicité and her “less is more” philosophy, she started crafting what would become her signature snack: organic, nutritious, plant-made and delicious ‘Amazeballs’.
