Mollie had always loved a sweet treat, but what really drove her was creating experiences people could feel part of. With a background in storytelling, an attraction to design, and a partner who happened to bake exceptional cookies, the idea began at home and developed in late-night conversations and endless test batches. Cookie Cartel grew from there, built slowly and personally, turning a good cookie into something more memorable.
