While running her family bed and breakfast in the Cotswolds, Deborah began hand-baking small batches of granola for her guests. As more visitors started asking to take it home with them, she realised she had created something special. From those humble beginnings, Forthay Granola was born, a proudly family-run British brand that still bakes on a local farm today. Now stocked in over 200 independent shops, cafés, hotels, and delis nationwide, Forthay Granola has also earned recognition from the Guild of Fine Food for its exceptional quality.
