While working in London Sophie became interesred in managing her gut health. She wanted a drink that delivered flavour and fibre but all the ones on the market seemed to be fizzy and cause bloating. Together with her partner Aiden, she created Good Kynd: a ready-to-drink chai designed to taste great and support wellbeing.
