Hanan started Intotum after seeing her grandad struggle to dress independently and comfortably with a stoma following cancer, realising how deeply clothing can affect dignity and confidence. As a neurodivergent founder, she designs differently, working closely with the disabled community to co-create adaptive clothing that’s functional, stylish, and genuinely solves everyday challenges. What began as a personal mission has grown into Intotum and its kids’ line, intots, supporting independence, sensory-friendly dressing, and the feeling of belonging in fashion.
