Working as a nutrition coach, PT & CrossFit coach, Meg noticed that more of her female clients were starting to suffer from perimenopause and menopause symptoms. After having countless DMC’s (deep meaningful chats) with these women she realised that no one was truly speaking their language or creating more symptom specific solutions. Her real “ah-ha” moment happened when Meg realised that she too would be going through this mid-life transition one day. So Meg created KOOKOO to develop innovative, symptom specific, wellness solutions for perimenopause and menopause that genuinely work, with a twist of humour and a dash of relatability not just for women suffering right now – but also for her future self – and all the women who follow.
