After having her first baby, Caroline returned to work while still exclusively breastfeeding and realised how little support existed for women in that stage. She was leaking through her clothes, relying on uncomfortable disposable nursing pads, and found that most all the bras available were not designed with real postpartum bodies in mind. She created Marbra to offer the products she wished she had: comfortable, modern maternity and nursing essentials that solved problems she faced from leaking to changing breast size to feeling supported in a body that can suddenly feel unfamiliar. For Caroline, Marbra is about more than bras and underwear. It’s about giving women access to products that make them feel more like themselves, not less in some of their most vulnerable days.
