Chloë grew up moving all over the world, from the UK to Switzerland to China and the US. As a self-proclaimed food addict, no matter where she went, she was devoted to updating her food blog nibs etc.. Her favourite posts we're about thrifty approaches to cooking, showing others how they could squeeze every last ounce of value from something. Her readers loved how her recipes re-defined waste and they gained so much popularity that there became demand for ready-made versions. She launched her first product, granola, made with upcycled fruit pulp that would otherwise be the waste product of local cider and juice pressers.
