Determined to find a yummy non-alcoholic alternative that was healthy but still excited the taste buds, Kerstin and Julia left their careers in finance and started testing different flavour profiles until they found that cayenne pepper resonated the most because of the health benefits and sophisticated flavour profile. So Nix & Kix was born with a hit of cayenne for that extra kick you normally don't get in non- alcoholic drinks.
