After struggling with adult acne for over a decade, Sophia knew that she needed to start a journey of self-healing. She learnt that self-care can be as simple as elevating everyday rituals and began taking a little time every day to reset and re-centre, whether that was brewing a cup of loose-leaf tea, having an aromatherapy-infused nourishing bath or taking the time to cleanse her skin after a long day. With all these rituals, she used her own blends of essential oils crafted around crystals and the full moon cycle. These blends really helped her to self-heal and she soon realised she should share them with others, launching her brand, Palm of Feronia to do just that.
