"Does the world really need another gin?" Three years ago, that's the question Sanja and Selim kept coming back to. In an increasingly stale market, they felt that people needed to experience gin that elevates every mix (not just GnT!) and glides deliciously and neatly over ice too.That idea eventually became Polarity gin, produced in their London distillery. Inspired by the contrasts that exist in all of us, they created two very different gins that share the same spirit. Their BlackLight gin, its distinct and natural black colour as well as green walnut, honey and saffron aromas, challenge our assumptions about gin and create entirely new gin consumption moments - from a Black Negroni after dinner to a darker twist on an Espresso Martini.
