Liliia spent every summer at her grandmother’s farm in Ukraine, learning what each herb could do long before she knew why. Years later, living far from home, she noticed her body felt different - new foods, more stress, and a cycle that no longer felt like her own. She called her grandmother, returned to herbs, and began creating teas to support women through every stage of their cycle. Pour Some More was born from that phone call home.
