Rebecca and Maylin started The Ferm after seeing how many perfectly good vegetables were being wasted simply because they were wonky, overlooked, or surplus. As food lovers, they kept coming back to kimchi: a family tradition built on resourcefulness, patience, and making something delicious from what you have. What began as kitchen experiments became The Ferm, a way to turn waste into food people genuinely crave.
