Jubilee started The Good Grain after struggling with her health and deciding to take things into her own hands. She began learning about gut health and how what we eat affects how we feel. Most food options on shelves were overly processed or packed with sugar, so she started building her own oat jars – layered with nuts, seeds, and delicious nutritious ingredients that actually helped her mind, body and energy. It became her daily routine. Friends asked for jars, then strangers did too and suddenly her quiet kitchen fix turned into The Good Grain.
