Lee got the idea for Wild Changer while standing in a freezing Scottish car park, hopping about on one leg trying to get changed without flashing passing dog walkers. Like many wild swimmers, she was fed up with cold feet, wet kit and pulling on icy clothes after a swim. She wanted something practical that actually solved those problems; a bag with a padded changing mat, a place for wet gear and an insulated pocket to keep your pants warm. What began as a personal frustration became a business built with the wild swimming community.
