Growing up in Upstate New York, coffee was a daily ritual for Casey and her family. At university, she learned about the inequalities in coffee production and set out to make a difference. In 2017, she founded Girls Who Grind Coffee a brand dedicated to championing women across the coffee supply chain by sourcing exclusively from female producers.
