Camilla started Kurami after experiencing how easily nourishing food can fall to the bottom of the list when life gets busy. Raised in Italy, she grew up believing that food should be joyful, generous and full of care. Her own health journey and food intolerances inspired her to create chef-prepared, nutritionist-approved meals rich in plant variety and fibre, designed to support gut health without compromising on ease or flavour.
