After falling in love with fermentation, Louise began brewing kombucha in her kitchen in 2013, delivering bottles by bike to friends and local restaurants in East London. As demand grew, she launched L.A Brewery named after her initials and its low-alcohol nature. Today, L.A Brewery crafts kombucha wine proxies that celebrate mindful drinking and gut health
