Whilst working as a Metropolitan Police officer, Bethany noticed that her stress levels began affecting her health. She retrained as a registered nutritionist and while working with clients, she struggled to find a yoghurt alternative she could truly recommend. She took matters into her own hands and created Nush: almond-based yoghurts and spreads that are nutritious, gut-friendly and free from dairy, soya and gluten. They have since reformulated to become the UK’s first high-protein almond yoghurt.
