Pri Bakes began after Pri was diagnosed with IBS and struggled to satisfy her sweet cravings while avoiding certain food groups. Determined to find natural baked treats free from all the usual nasties, she created a delicious oat-based bakery range with just five ingredients. The business started in her parents’ kitchen in 2020 and outgrew the space within six weeks, expanding into retail, food service, export and direct-to-consumer. Pri Bakes is on a mission to create a natural world of bakery indulgence that makes everyone’s day a little sweeter.
